The Trudeau Foundation must comply with the Access to Information Act

The Trudeau Foundation must comply with the Access to Information Act Whereas common sense Conservatives submitted 80 Access to Information Requests to the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation; over a year has passed, and the Foundation is withholding 75 requests and refusing to abide by the Access to Information Act;

Whereas the Government of Canada gave a 125 million dollar endowment to the Trudeau Foundation in 2002, and the Government of Canada has the power to appoint 2 Board members;

Whereas the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation has accepted illegal donations from donors directly linked to the government in Beijing, has been accused of being a conduit for foreign interference by Beijing, and its current Board Chairman formerly worked for President Putin in Russia;

Therefore, we the undersigned call on the Trudeau Liberals and the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation to abide by the Access to Information Act and provide common sense Conservatives with the 75 outstanding requests.
